Positive The location was perfect. Beach at your door basically and close to local cafes and shops. The unit itself felt bright and airy with a comfortable layout that made it easy to relax. The balcony was a highlight offering a nice spot to enjoy the seabreeze. Overall it was well maintained practical and perfectly suited for our needs plus a bonus was I felt safe
