Positive Fantastic location. Just an easy 2 minute walk to the beach via a bush path and 5 minute drive to Batehaven for groceries etc. Clean, cosy and well presented. Great BBQ which we used a couple times. Fast wifi and great selection of board games which kept the kids happy when it rained.

Positive The house was comfortable and cosy. Lovely furniture. Nice location. 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay.

Positive Very close to the beach, 15min drive from the Mogo MTB trails (which were fantastic BTW). Very quiet neighbourhood and house was very clean and tidy. Could store the bikes and surfboards in the lock up garage which was helpful.
