Positive We were in 12E with the balcony facing NE. Fantastic location to patrolled surf beach, creek, cafe and walking track. Lockup storage for boards, underground car park, one of the tidiest places I have ever visited. Had board games and puzzles. Nice heated pool and spa. Was able to offer a late check out till 11am. View towards Surfers Paradise was so beautifu
