Positive We thought it was a great house to have a boys night fishing and playing pool.. we liked the fact you could walk to the water and throw a line in, in about a minute. 3/4 houses down. Almost straight away we where thinking of when we could get back there and hopefully snag it at a good price again. Didn't read into it and that it was 30 per bed for sheets so
