Positive Location, location, location: it is a very close walk to dog-friendly Nelson Beach and a short drive to stunning Hyams Beach. It is an amazing and very quiet neighborhood.

Positive It was clean, three big bedrooms , a good size kitchen and a separate living area upstairs. It had an enclosed dog friendly backyard with outdoor seating and table. It was just off the beach.

Positive Lovely house. Great location. Walk to the beach. Dog friendly. We had a great stay in this well appointed home with a well equiped kitchen and great back yard with a nice outdoor shower to clean off all the sand. It was so easy to walk our dogs straight down to Nelsons beach for early morning and evening off leash time. We have visited Vincentia many times a
