Positive The location the peace and quiet and quaintness of the property. A fair dinkum rural dairy cottage with loverly grounds as well.

Positive A cosy spot that absolutely met our needs. Appreciated the little touches like breakfast cereals, condiments etc. The bathroom is modern, and the shower strong. Being able to BBQ just outside was lovely. Waking up to the birds, and walking around the lake was a joy. We were booked on the Q train, so this was an ideal spot.

Positive A perfect cottage to spend a few days. Peter and Felicity have done a superb job of creating a comfortable, cosy refuge. The fridge and pantry have all the goodies needed. The bed was very comfortable. There is a tame magpie that comes to say hello each day and loads of rabbits and other birdlife. To top it off Lake Lorne is across the road and provides a lo
