Positive Nice house in a very quiet location. There are three bedrooms, similar in size. One bathroom and separate toilets. This house is just 4mn away from Rosebud CC and would be ideal for a small group of golfers looking to play the surrounding courses on the peninsula while sharing the house. It was perfectly clean.
