Positive Quiet, including the wall mounted air conditioner. Very good location, with EV charging just at the end of the block. We did not have trouble finding free street parking a few blocks west. Building is across the street from an excellent Italian restaurant. Fine bakery just a couple of blocks.

Positive I spent most of my time in Outremont and Mile End, so the location was perfect for me. I had to take the Metro to and from the train station, but the rest was walkable. The apartment was comfortable and had lots of amenities - I especially liked the Nespresso machine for coffee in the mornings, the fridge for drinks and snacks, and the TV with integrated str
