Positive Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite featuring a large tub- a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The in-suite tub, along with the hotel's dry sauna, indoor pool, and outdoor hot tub were definite highlights of my stay and made the experience truly relaxing.
