Positive The apartment is in a fabulous location--water view, quiet, in an interesting neighborhood, easy to get to city attractions. The view of the circle bridge and Black Diamond library were a bonus.

Positive Very spacious - though 1 bedroom is a bit small. No closets as such but overall Apt is well stocked. Generous sized living room area with a good sized dining table and a great balcony for morning coffee or eve drinks right on the Canal. Washer/dryer is a plus though the shower area was tight.
