Positive We spent a lovely three days in Kilkenny in Frank’s comfortable, spacious, wonderfully-located apartment--less than a 15 minute walk from the train station. Frank is a generous, attentive host. He helped carry our bags up the two flights of stairs, and our son carried them down. Otherwise, the stairs presented no problem for us and we are both in our mid-70s
