    Positive Jane was very easy to work with! We were a couple of hours later than the planned time and Jane met us when we arrived without any delay. She showed us what we needed to know and even surprised us with some bread, milk, juice, cereal, butter and jams to start us off, which was very nice after a long day of driving.
