Positive Nice, clean room. Accommodating staff. Great location. The bartenders were very nice and we appreciated being able to sit down at the area to the right of the check in desk and have a drink after a long day of sight seeing.

Positive The hotel had our room ready at 8 am when we arrived after an overnight flight from the US into Shannon. Check in was not until 3pm and having the room ready for us to rest was hugely appreciated. Staff were all lovely. Room was clean & housekeeping service great.
