    Positive Food was excellent. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of cereals, toast /breads and cakes and of course tea. Lovely warm welcome, felt at home straight away. Bed, room and en-suite all clean, warm and very comfortable. The house is truly a credit to Rosemary. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Positive reasonable price, scenic location, beds good, instant hot shower with clear controls very good, ample breakfast. The horses out back were interesting to watch and there were no objectionable odors.

    Positive The location is very good. The B&B is nestled in rolling hills with an excellent view of the countryside. When I opened the curtains in the morning there were horses running about. The location is between two fairly large towns, Virginia and Bailieborough. It's easy to gain access to the N3 a major road. Breakfast was great. Rosemary, the host, was more than
