Positive The property has a very charming and cozy atmosphere, the rooms are a balanced mix of Japanese and Western styles and everything was very clean and well organized. We payed to use the BBQ but it was so worth it, they provided all the tools we needed, combined with the kitchen that has everything you can possibly need to cook made things so easy and convenien

Positive The house was old but clean and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The garden was big and lovely - my grandson had a great time playing there. We had a family get together and did a lot of cooking on site. It was convenient that there were several good places to shop from nearby. The owners were quick to respond to our questions.

Positive 予約システムの不具合で、宿泊は近隣の2ndになりました。 西湘バイパスが雪で通行止めとなり、急に宿泊必要になり、夜8時過ぎに急遽予約。10分後に行きますと言う状態にも関わらず快く対応して頂きました。 朝に水道管が凍結で破裂し修理直後とのことで、雪残る夜寒い中水道管の開栓からして頂き、本当に感謝しています。 室内は驚くほど綺麗でとにかく広い、エレベーターもあり、食器や調味料なども豊富、本や美術品も多数設置されており飽きないです。 暖房もエアコン、ガスストーブ、電気ストーブと揃っており、とても暖かいです。 浴室の脱衣場にも暖房器具用意されていました。 洗濯機は大型のドラム式があり、掃除機はルンバまであります。 各所に外国語の説明が貼ってあり、外国人の方にも細やかな配慮がされていると思います。 バリアフリーにエレベー
