    Positive Spacious especially for a Tokyo room and comfy beds, provided dishes and silverware with kitchenette. Convenient to JR and Metro subway lines. Good access to shops including Lawson, Family Mart and Donqi nearby. Also lots of restaurants nearby within 10 min walk. Even two vending machines right outside the building for quick drinks.

    Positive The apartment is quite small (common in Japan) but sufficient for a family of four. Separate shower and toilet, a small kitchenette, and a washing machine. The location of the apartment is really good, in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close to both Shinjuku and Shin Okubo with lots of restaurants, 7/11, Familymart etc around.
