    Positive I was assigned at level 4. To my surprise, there is no lift. I was not alerted at the beginning. Getting up by staircase, which is not well covered. I would be soaked wet if the rain came. Luckily, my 2 nights' stay was dry. Getting the key was challenging. The instruction did not mention how to open the keybox.
