    Positive The room was comfortable and the air conditioner/heater worked perfectly. It is also close to Sannomiya Station which makes it easy to get around Kobe. The neighborhood was quiet too. The host was very nice and welcoming. The shared bathroom and shower was very nice.

    Positive The room is clean. Since it is a dorm, the comfort really depends on other people you were staying with. If they follow the rules then it is comfortable enough. The sheets are clean, and the bed is comfy. The location is great, very close (about 7-8 min walk) to Sannomiya Station and bus stop.
