    Positive The host goes above and beyond to help you. For example, we forgot a valuable item and he shipped it to our hotel in Kyoto. He also picked us up from the station and brought us back there at the end of our stay. The property is in a quiet area, which is perfect for sleeping after an evening of liveliness in Shinjuku.
