    Positive The hotel was in a good location so it was easy to get to all of the places we wanted to see. The staff were helpful in helping us book taxis and find restaurants.

    Positive Perfect hotel to visit Kyoto and the area around. Staff is very helpful: we got an issue with the airco in one of the nights and they promptly moved us to another room while they sorted the issue.
