    Positive 評価に駅からやや遠いとあり覚悟してましたが、つくばエクスプレスの青井駅ではなく北千住駅から出ている東武バスに乗っていけばバス停から徒歩4分でした。 ただバスであの本数が少なめなので上手く乗らないといけないですが…。 ロケーションは東京の住宅街なだけあって住んでるかのような体験が出来、とても好みでした！ 銭湯の人も見ず知らずだろう一見の私達にフレンドリーで、足を伸ばして熱い湯に浸かれて良かったです。 立地的にもう少しお手頃だとありがたいですが、東京全体的に高くなってるので仕方ないと思えます。 お部屋や寝具も清潔で良かったです。 タオルあるのも助かりました。

    Positive 都内でありながら、とても良心的なお値段、かつ清潔感と広さがあり、快適に宿泊できました。駅からは徒歩16分ほどかかるので、荷物を持って歩くのは少し大変でしたが、ワンルームでゆったり過ごせたのであまり気になりませんでした。 とても清潔に管理されていました。しいて言うならば、男性と女性のお風呂場・トイレが分かれていなくて、他の人が入ったあとの汚れが気になったくらいです。（誰が使ったかで清潔感が変わります） 管理されている方ともすチャットでのやりとりがスムーズで助かりましたし、チェックイン・チェックアウトも自分でできるので、安心して利用できました。
