Positive There was biggest bed I ever get in Japan. Real queen bed with comfy blanket and 6 pillows. Full kitchen with all you need to cook. They provide even salt, sugar, coffee. Many other important items. Washing machine and ability to dry closes is huge plus. Very close to metro station. Lot of restaurants around. Quiet at night. Very safe. Place is busy.

Positive It’s a big place for Tokyo and I got a room with a toys. My kids love it. Big place to fit 2 huge luggage lay down and open. Near train station but the nearer side has no elevator which means if you travels with stroller, you have to exit another side instead which is further by 5-7 mins. There is a bunch of restaurant nearby and convenience store also.
