He waited for us outside the apartment, and insisted to carry our 3 BIG suitcases up the stairs(3 floors) to the apartment. He sat down with us, and was so friendly.     Positive This property is nice and clean, location is near subway, stores and restaurants. Quick access to everything by walking. The host came and meet us personally to make sure that we have everything we needed. Host speaks perfectly English so that was a plus since we don’t speak Japanese at all.     Positive Our host Jacob met us at check-in and gave lots of recommendations for local eateries. He gladly answered other questions to help us settle in. The place was clean and spacious enough for 4. Quiet neighborhood and very short walk to 2 buses on 2 different streets, and also a subway station nearby to Shinjuku station.
