Positive I wasn't sure what to expect, but had a 14 hour layover and had to stay somewhere. I was so pleasantly surprised! I appreciated the free airport shuttle, the cleanliness, the pajamas (so cute and comfy- I wish I had room to buy a pair), and most importantly, the in-room onsen! How incredible. Also important: The bed was cozy and it was very quiet in my room.

Positive Staff went above and beyond and were very kind and accommodating. We were driven from Kokubu Station to the hotel and then to Kagoshima airport the next day. We booked their most basic room, albeit small, the onsen tub was large to make up for it and was comfortable with a view of the mountains.
