    Positive The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and very convenient. The kitchen and shared space was particularly clean, well stocked, and nice to use. The staff were helpful and incredibly kind and polite. The small onsen was wonderful to use and very peaceful. Overall, I was extremely happy staying here and would whole heartedly recommend it.

    Positive It was amazing. There was private onsen, amazing kitchen facilities, and really great rooms as well as the living room having Japanese kotatsu to keep us warm

    Positive The room was bright and clean, and the private onsen was amazing. There is a kitchen and a shared space where you can experience a traditional Japanese kotatsu. Everything was great except that the property is located on a hill, so you have to climb to reach nearby places. The road was very slippery on snowy days, and we almost slipped several times.
