    Positive 設備很齊全，一般日常用品例如梳洗、洗衣、煮食用品同餐具都準備齊全，貼心的還準備了嬰兒車和幼童玩具，位置也很便利，所處街道很寧靜，不會很嘈吵，附近都有不少食肆，甚至有通宵營業的餐廳，而且距離亀島地鐵站很近，甚至由名古屋站走十多分鐘路也可以到達，到附近採購或是shopping也很方便。
