Positive The staff was so helpful and caring. I had terrible back spasms and they helped me find a proper orthopedic clinic for treatment. I was there for 4-5 days until my back got better and all the staff was supportive and hoping I got better. The hotel itself is lovely as well and the Ohnsen is nice. Thanks so much to everyone there for helping me!

Positive Room was clean and big. We did not have time to explore the facilities such as tennis courts and other sporting facilities. Staff was polite and friendly Onsen was great.
