Positive Top floor onsen just great after skiing day. Hotel parking lot works even for vans, if space available. Plenty of good local restaurants nearby. Room decent size for Japanese hotel. Good location if you want to stay in one place and ski e.g. at Aomori Springs and Hakkoda areas
