Positive Comfortable, a little tight with two double beds. Needed a dryer for the amount of laundry for 4. Found a local coffee shop with breakfast offerings and easily accessible to shops and restaurants and jr trains.

Positive Location was terrific. It amazed me that one minute we could be in the hub-bub of Shinjuku Otsuku and then all of a sudden in this quiet residential enclave. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Perfect for a family. 2min walk to a subway stop, grocery store and coffee. 15 mins to JR.
