    Positive The staff were super helpful with everything. I have to order a luggage through Amazon to be delivered to the hotel and they helped me with the whole process. The room was considered spacious for Tokyo. The heater was working well throughout my stay. The location was in a quiet area just 7 mins walk from the train station.
