    Positive The room was always clean, I literally got 0 times a dirty bedsheet (which often happens to me)! Hotel provided every thing that you need for a comfortable stay. Also, since I was alone I was a bit scared that there gonna be privacy problems, but everything was secured and I had nothing to complain about :-)

    Positive This is my second time staying at this hotel, love the location 10 min walk from Namba station exit #5, lot's of shopping and food options around the area. Easily accessible from the airport via airport express. Breakfast was also good, lot's of options. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.
