Positive - very close to railway station. - awesome host, breakfast is easy 10/10. Simple but really good. - amazing futon experience surrounded by sounds of the nature outside, I haven’t slept that good in a while. - a fridge with food like curry, rice, frozen pasta, cup noodles and soda/alcohol at reasonable prices if you didn’t bring anything for dinner
