    Positive We had messaged that we were going to be late due to a train delay and they responded quickly. Room was bigger compared to typical Japanese Hotels that we had space for our oversized luggage as well. It's a little bit further from the main station but at least it was located along a main street so it was easy to navigate to.

    Positive The staff on check-in were friendly and we felt welcome. The room was nice and well appointed; the layout was easy for storing luggage and . The free breakfast was serviceable. It was nice we could pick up extra pillows. The location is close to the station so convenient.
