    Positive I was late for the checkin time but to my surprise the staff was still waiting inside. Despite being an old building, it was neat and felt very authentic. Great Kyoto experience!

    Positive The room was comfortable, especially the futon bed. There are several toilets available to use so I never had to wait. I did not expect them to have a bathroom but they did and the water pressure and temperature was great. The front desk staff there was SUPER helpful, helping me with luggage, helping me acquire tickets to a local festival, and overall just v
