    Positive The property looks new and is well maintained. It is located within walking distance of Nippori Station—take the north exit and then head east. While I was checking in and busy with some paperwork, our luggage was already delivered to our room. The staff, who appeared to be the owner, were exceptional—kind, polite, and always ready to assist with anything. T
