    Positive The host Mr. Takaoka-san was very welcoming despite on a very last minute reservation (we had to after our previous reservation on Booking.com was cancelled 1 day earlier by the property Petit Hotel & Restaurant Air Mail Hakuba due to overbooking, without any offer for replacement or alternative). To make matter worse we only found out about the cancellation

    Positive The property was incredible, it felt like an old and authentic Japanese home with so many souvenirs collected throughout the years, like a little museum. The view were great and the overall feel was relaxing
