Positive Very kind and accommodating staff. Let me store my luggage while I walked the kumano kodo (500 yen / day). Perfect place to overnight before starting a pilgrimage ( or just visiting Tanabe ).

Positive Excellent location, close to the train and bus station. Good starting point for Kumano Kodo. The host is very kind. They provided us early check-in, which we are very grateful for. The place has a restaurant with excellent food. We would definitely visit this place again.

Positive Guesthouse Kumano was a very plesant place to stay. For the price it was a great deal! Very clean, simple, and I would stay here again. It is just a short walk away from the train/bus station. Perfect for starting your Kumano Kodo adventure!
