    Positive Location is convenient; 5-mins walking to shuttle buses. Lodge’s drying room is a nice bonus. Shuttle to grocery store is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    Positive The communication start once when confirmed booking. And the host is willing to provide helpful suggestion eg. Vegan diet option, local transportation. Location is good and the kitchen facilities are well equipped. They offer late check in with clear instruction and send us to bus stop with free shuttle service on check out date.

    Positive Spacious cabin with living room, great for family to hang out at night. Short walk to Hotel Tokyu for the bus stops to ski resorts. Easy to message staff during the stay to get help.
