Positive We loved this hotel. Our room / suite was roomy and comfortable. The onsen was wonderful before and after a day of skiing. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The shuttle made it easy to get to the slopes and various mountains around Hakuba. The location was a 10 minute walk to “town” where there were many restaurants to choose from. The staff were hel

Positive Great location down the street from Rythum for snow rental equipment and they pick up directly from hotel. Big room and very helpful staff, highly recommend when in Hakuba. They'll help call a taxi and provide ride service to and from bus station
