    Positive . Though this hotel is a bit dated. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and staffs were friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic, we have a clear & beautiful view of mount Fuji and sun rise. They take care of many minute details, such as tooth brush and combs, hair tie and shavers, tea and coffee are all at the hotel lobby of which you could take
