    Positive 二樓是一個小客廳+廚房 三樓是一個睡覺的大房間，有兩張沙發床+一張大雙人床 四樓是洗澡間+上下鋪，上舖跟下鋪都是雙人床大小 適合非長時間在租屋處久待的家庭。 樓房氣氛很有家庭風味，非常有氣氛，好像已經在日本定居的小家庭。 吉野家（24h）就在旁邊，下樓即可吃，樓下有兩家全家，日用品不夠可以直接走下去買，但基本上很夠 已經有附浴巾，免洗牙刷多枝。

    Positive 在國際通附近，走路或要去搭單軌都方便，垃圾桶很大，有咖啡機、微波爐冰箱、廚房可以使用，房主貼心準備小零食跟所有需要用到的衛生用品！ 洗澡浴室很大水溫舒服！附近機能都很好，停車也沒問題！有四層小孩喜歡感覺像探險！有在門口畫本畫畫！ 最重要的是房主在我一直更改入住時間下，提早幫我們打開冷氣，謝謝！
