    Positive This hotel was very accomodating. The staff was kind. I had a change of plans when my family got sick the second day of Tokyo and asked for early check in. They answered and accomodated as soon as they can. I liked that a lot of it is self serve if we wanted privacy. They offer clean up if you like but we opted out.
