Positive Very nice staff, and are very helpful even if you're not great at japanese and need help in English. The free shuttle service is also extremely nice especially for the late flights. It also has a shuttle to rinku, but personally I recommend walking there because its a nice scenic walk there. It is also right next to a coco ichiban which is extremely nice for

Positive There were convenient stores and good quality, affordable restaurents nearby - within walking distance. Had the necessary facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. Free airport shuttle that picks you up from the airport and drops you to the airport too (but you have to inform the counter if you wish to take the shuttle, the day before).
