Positive Breakfast and views were incredible. Nice to be near the ocean for fresh air and breezes. Wonderful bathroom with daily bath salts, toothbrush, personal wash cloth, razor, etc. Nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee. Beds very comfortable. Quiet. Location is good for Shin Urayusu station to travel anywhere in the city. Windows open, Air freshener.

Positive Very nice place to start immersing into the culture. Easy to get to from the airport and to the Disney parks as well as a main train station only 15 min from Tokyo

One thing I really liked was the spa and massage services which operated until the wee hours of the morning - it was such a nice way to relax after a a tiring day of touring.
