Positive This hotel was conveniently located, only about a ten-minute walk from Toyama Station and a few blocks from the Matsukawa river walk and Toyama City Hall Observation Tower. There is a tram stop just down the block, making it easy to catch a ride around town or to Iwasehama. (Ask for free tram tickets for hotel guests!) A Family Mart on the opposite corner ma

Positive The hotel has a grand foyer. The rooms are a little dated but that added to the charm. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, bonus points for having take out cups to take a coffee with you after breakfast.

Positive Very friendly. The guest elevator was undergoing renovations, so the desk clerk very apologetically showed me all the way to my room using the staff elevator. Everything went smoothly.
