Positive Value for money. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Very good place to relax and recharge. Hotel is not new but well maintained with good hygiene level. Buffet dinner offer wide range of food selection. Foreign guests friendly as most of staff can communicate in English. Strongly recommend for Japanese hot spring experience.

Positive The outdoor onsen’s view is superb, especially in the morning time. The onsen water is worth to try once, so much mineral, feels so healthy. There was welcome drink, and we got free beer or ice-cream! The hotel is a bit old but all facilities and equipment are well-rounded.
