    Positive Everything was amazing from hospitality, to cleanliness, to comfortability. The massage chair in the room was a huge bonus. Being from Hawaii, being by the ocean just felt natural

    Positive The room were very spacious, great view of the Harbour, and breakfast served at the room. There is a lounge with free food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and polite. This was the best hotel in my trip to Japan.
