Positive UTTERLY convenient and comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic, staff was friendly and helpful in both Japanese and English, and the location made it so easy to get to both transportation, local activities, and food!

Positive Great location with big luggage travelers and great place with many shopping areas. We don’t stay in echigo yuzawa because it’s a bit boring there. Nice to stay here and take Shinkansen every morning.

With a mall just across the road, there’s a lot of food options and shopping (especially for anime/trading card fans) The staff are also very nice, and the hotel, though looking a little dated, is very clean and comfortable!
