    Positive Great beds, good room space for two people. We also loved the location and ease of access to the tram station. The staff are very helpful.

    Positive The location was great, can see the Goryokaku Tower from the room, which was really nice! There is a MUJI almost right next door. A station just outside the hotel. Paid parking like 1 min from the hotel. The room was a bit bigger than the average rooms in Japan. A family mart connecting the hotel.

    Positive The facility was in the Goryokaku area but also had transportation options for downtown Hakodate. We had a car so the parking availability at the hotel was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and the upper floor room had a good view. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
