Positive The staff were very welcoming and there was even a welcome drink of a selection of Tokachi wines. The location is very convenient for downtown, if a bit less so after the station closes. The underground parking is nice, and with elevator access straight to lodging floors very convenient. In inclement weather it would be even more appreciated!

Positive Location was really good, just beside the main train station. Service staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming.
